Bill Arkwright's father and Amelia Arkwright's husband.
Both him and his wife were bound to their bones, we later learn that is was because of The Fiend. Their son, Bill, became the Spook's apprentice hoping to help their parents to be able to pass on. Unable to do so he drinks alot and is bitter.
The bones of Abe (as he is called by his wife) and his wife inside their respective coffins were moved to their mill where they and Bill live(d).
After Morwena was killed, The Fiend released their souls And they were able to pass on.
